Refund policy

At Giggle Closet, all of our products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or accidental orders.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product so we can review your claim.

If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Please do not return any items without contacting us first. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
